配送ポリシー

Processing Time Orders are typically shipped within 1-2 business days. During busy periods, please allow up to 7 business days for processing. Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays.

Domestic Shipping (United States) We ship via USPS and UPS. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on order weight and destination.

Delivery Estimates

• Standard Shipping: 5–8 business days after fulfillment
• Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days after fulfillment

International Shipping We ship to select international destinations. Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout. Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country.

Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

Lost or Damaged Shipments If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at hello@everydaymountaineering.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date.
